Both the work in the orchestra as a member of a highly specialized team and as a conductor on the podium are taught in the workshops of the Conducting Leadership® program. In order to best meet the needs of the participants, there is also the option of an individually tailored workshop for your company. The modules offered can also be carried out in-house.
In addition, the Couducting Leadership Program offers keynote speeches that convey the phenomenon of conducting between free creativity and binding structure as an inspiring leadership impulse.

Within one day, the workshop guides managers from a first look at the score to their first performance in front of the orchestra. As part of a minimum viable capability strategy, basic movement sequences for non-verbal work with the orchestra are practiced to such an extent that the first challenges and moments of happiness of conducting can be experienced. The observed effects are mirrored in basic leadership patterns.

During the one-day workshop, people with no previous musical experience come together to form a musical ensemble. What initially seems impossible is made possible in a process of speed teaming: making music together. Solutions are worked out together in the shortest possible way. Individual strengths are brought to bear, team dynamics are used positively and expanded.
